Payment
A $100 dollar deposit is required to secure your appointment. Please ensure the deposit is paid promptly to confirm your reservation. This is deducted from your final payment. It is non-refundable and non-transferrable in the event of a cancellation. Payment is due in Cash or Zelle. Payment can also be made on the Fresha appointment website where payment must be made before the appointment. ⬇️
Refund Policy
There will be no refunds after the service is created. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the service has been initiated.
Late Policy
If you are running late, please notify us in advance. You have a 30 minute grace period. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will have to reschedule. Our late policy ensures that clients are punctual to maintain an efficient schedule, respecting the time and commitment of both clients and stylists.
Cancellation
Cancel or rescheduling should be made 48 hours or more prior to the appointment. Failure to do so, will be considered a "no show" and you will not be able to schedule an appointment again.
